Active Sandwell at the Sandwell Show

Even though it was a slightly smaller Sandwell Show this year, Active Sandwell had a presence on the day.

Active Sandwell formed part of the Gardening for Health stand along with BTCV, Ideal for All and Sandwell PCT's food health team.

Active Sandwell Co-ordinator Deborah Davies attended on the day and provided information on the programme of activities for over 60's which includes; Gentle exercise to music, tea dances, health walks, indoor and outdoor bowls, gardening/mini allotments and lots more.
