The Midlife Future Planning Course

Background
Agewell's Midlife Future Planning course has recently been recognised by NHS employers for the courses they deliver for Primary Care Trust Employer's and the private sector. The course was selected as a case study for the NHS Employers knowledge base which is a new and exciting initiative from NHS Employers.
NHS Employers have recognised that there is a wealth of shared learning within the service and the knowledge base offers the ideal opportunity to showcase examples of good practice and case studies, such as the Midlife Future Planning course which show that healthy lifestyle iniatitives can be adopted and developed by other NHS organisations to meet hteir individual needs.
