Following requests from those who attended the Agewell Conference in November 2008, Agewell has put together an audio CD on the popular Healthy Passport. The 'voices' of the Healthy Passport are Agewell Member and Chair of Sandwell Visually Impaired, Graham Price and Agewell Member Doris Strange. You can listen to the audio on the Older People Champions page of the Agewell website. You also request copies of the Audio CD from Agewell via our enquiries page. The Audio CD is also available in Punjabi, Hindi and Gujarati.
