Volunteering with Agewell |
Agewell are working in conjunction with the Lighthouse Project to offer anyone the opportunity to be a volunteer supporting our Older People Champions. If you become an Agewell volunteer we aim to provide a supportive environment which values and caters for volunteers in same way as our employed staff.

So what does being a
volunteer involve? |
The older people we work with tend to isolated and vulnerable and may simply want someone to be a friendly face and visit them maybe once a week. You will be referred to people to see by our Older People Champions who will go to see the person with you initially to make sure you are both comfortable.
